Our Returns Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely happy, you can return your items within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund.
14 Day Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any items you're not happy with. Just email us and let us know the reason for the return and we'll provide the returns address.
Unworn With Tags
Items must be unworn, unwashed and have all original tags still attached to be eligible for a return.
Full Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method.
How To Return
To arrange a return, please get in touch with us and we'll guide you through the process. Please include your order number so we can locate your purchase quickly.
Items should be posted back to us in their original packaging where possible. Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us straight away and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund including return postage costs.
